Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Since our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and shipped directly to you, processing may occasionally take a little longer during high-demand periods — we'll always keep you updated by email if that happens.

Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location, generally between 5–15 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

International orders
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please contact us at hello@swaruna.com before placing your order to confirm availability.
