Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at hello@swaruna.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If approved, in most cases you won't need to send the item back — we'll process your refund directly once your return is confirmed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, with a photo if possible, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care goods and sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@swaruna.com.
